How does product rating work?
Buyers can select a star rating and one of several pre-defined reasons when leaving feedback on an order. Buyers can also submit free-form text comments. Feedback is made up of two parts: the feedback rating and the feedback comment, which represents the purchasers order fulfillment experience in their own words. A buyer must rate you on a 5-star scale in order to submit feedback:
Good feedback frequently begins with a nice purchase experience, and positive buyer feedback raises your Feedback Rating. If you receive unfavorable feedback, you should investigate the source of the issue and work toward a solution.
